What services does the Trusted Shops guarantee offer? |
|
The money-back guarantee by the Atradius insurance group ensures the refund of an advance payment if the goods were not delivered or if you returned the goods according to the shop’s return policies and procedures. If a product turns out to be defective after the 14-day return period, this should be covered by the warranty conditions set out by the online retailer. Please report the problem directly to the online shop, which should normally allow exchange or subsequent improvement of defective products within 6 months of the purchase date.
