Which information will be stored and how long will it be stored? |

We will use the stored data exclusively for the purpose of handling claims arising from the Trusted Shops guarantee. We require that you provide your name, address, e-mail, the name of the online shop concerned, the total price and the date of delivery agreed upon. When registering for the Trusted Shops guarantee, we will not require any information regarding particulars of the goods ordered or method of payment (credit card number, bank account, etc.).
We will store your data for a maximum of six months for handling possible claims; your data will be automatically erased from our database after this period of time. You can have your data cancelled at any time by sending an e-mail to privacy@trustedshops.com. Please note that the Trusted Shops guarantee will expire thereafter!
