Here is the way to check the authenticity of SSL-certificates in browsers with a security function: when using Netscape Navigator, please click on the button Security and then on Show certificate. When using Microsoft Explorer, please click on File, Properties, (Security), and then on Certificate. The entry in the box "Issued" to must be the same as the internet domain (URL) of the requested page. |
