How can I check the security settings of my internet browser? |
 |
|
The security settings of your browser are the first line of defence against theft of data and unauthorised access to confidential, personal information. The majority of browsers offer an alarm function that can be activated if one of the following events occurs: - If you switch between encrypted and open mode.
- Return of an invalid web site identification from the web site you want to send information to.
- Transmission of data via an “open”, unsecured connection.
Please check your browser's security settings: Which security functions are available and which are activated? |
