We received batteries which give an error. So i still have a non funtional UPS :-(

Dear Mr. Velings, Battery-Direct assisted you right from the beginning after receiving your first E-Mail. Several indications/instructions had been mentioned from our side by replying as fast as possible. Since today we didn’t receive the voltage of the batteries to evaluate if the problem results from the batteries or the UPS system. We are obviously interested in helping to resolve your issue
