Excellent and diverse products at a reasonable rate, but sometimes delivery is quite slow or inconsistent. If you can improve on that you will get a 5 star rating.

Their shipping time scales are way off, almost infuriatingly, however their customer support is very kind and willing to make things right even if it means a partial refund on the products sent. If they just stuck to the original shipping time scales they would then not have to refund for a faulty service. Again that said, they are very polite and respond promptly to concerns.
