Trosorna är jättesmala i grenen, täcker knappt och åker upp och i i baken, inte alls som det ser ut på bilden. Obekväma.
De andra paret vsr mycket smalare på höften än bilden visade, fick byta till annan modell i butiken. Och betala extra såklart.

The hole e-commerce experience is so buggy.
This causes the user experience to drag down the rating and it creates frustration.

It should be your priority to get the platform in order.
There are several good companies that build fantastic e-commerce experiences.

the app does not work as it should. Sometimes it is not possible to complete a payment. It is not possible to pay with the gift card on the app. It is not possible to add vouchers Sometimes only a maximum of one. I think it's very bad. Now you also charge a fee for returns, but reimbursement takes far too long.

Personalen i Växjö är extremt otrevlig samt oprofessionell. Bara kastade upp det jag köpte på bänken och försökte få mig att köpa mer saker på ett jätteotrevligt vis. Hade det inte varit för att jag hittade något jag verkligen ville ha samt hämtade paket så hade jag gått därifrån utan att köpa något.

Some items were cancelled days after placing the order, which were still, or again available in the online store when this happened, but now for the non discounted price; so only option to order again for more money. No response from customer service to this and in general a long delivery time.

De butiksanställdas attityd till sina jobb/manliga kunder kan förändras en del. Dessutom borde ni sluta vara så snåla; har man beställt varor för tusenlappar till butiken ska man kunna få en liten kasse gratis. Inslagning är ju inte att tala om, det har jag förstått, trots två helt sysslolösa anställda, men att behöva gå genom ett shoppingcenter med en genomskinlig transportpåse där alla underkläd

You can stop wrapping everything in plastic. Such a waste to just have to throw all of that plastic away. Then expolore expanding your underwearmodels, you only have string.

The underwear was delivered from your store in a transparent plastic bag, which made it embarrassing to walk through the shopping center. The least you can ask is that the staff put it in a store bag.
