The shopping experience is completely fine, but when it comes to deliveries and support, it is not impressive. I have a very bad experience of the customer service, the sizes are sometimes very small when it comes to their panties. Their reason was that it may not fit every body, but that is not an excuse to make size m who fits like size xs. Even when I got a destroyed pajamas they asked me to pay for the shipping.
