In the email we received the day of delevery, our adress only contained the house number and city i live, not my street. Luckily we were able to let the package delivered in a central place where we could go to get it Maybe there is some possibility to optimise the adresses. On the package itself it was correct. (Belgium) The tea is amazing, i love the tropical garden, even cold it tastes great

I was not informed that my order has been dispatched. On my account the order was still being prepared when the courier showed up at the address.
Also my phone number wasn’t written on the package, so the courier had no means to inform me that a delivery is scheduled.

In the package, a tea metal can was slightly bent.

Wonderful products, great packaging, but huge delays with shipping and no tracking number due to a website error. However, the people at customer support made sure that everything was still in order (and did so in English), so I’m overall still happy with my experience ordering them from Ukraine
