My loyalty card has not worked for a long time and I have not been able to contact anyone to deal with this issue. I have to use a repeat order in order to get my discount. On one occasion when I was trying to order I found myself in another person's account. Very worrying I would like to vary my order so please send my a new loyalty card or loyalty number to email@example.com
