Disappointed by my delivery with 2 missing items, 2x small bags, what I needed most.
Left a message, sent an email, finally spoke to someone, was told the missing items would be send same day, only received them 4 days later

My order arrived with 9 days of delay. There was some trouble with its delivery. I phoned several times both to Palais des Thés and Chronopost. It took time and several phone calls to France but it was solved and Palais des Thés refunded my shipping costs.
I'll continue buying there because their teas mousselines are exellent

Dissapointed that teapot had a fault in coating. A 160 eur teapot should be without fault i.e. better quality control.

Tea is good but I bought enough tea to qualify for the free jam and it didn't ever come and neither did I get a response by email.

I keep getting samples with each order I make. But they are always of teas I am not interested in.This is a waste. It would be far more useful if you used it to offer me samples either similar to what I order (regularly) or ask me what I'd like to try.

For logistical reasons know that we cannot offer our entire catalog in samples, that is why we offer a dozen diverse and varied samples per month in order to satisfy the majority of our customers.
