Very disappointed to receive a cheaper offer within hours of buying at a higher cost. If that lower cost is out there, why not offer it up front. I would not recommend your dealings in spite of liking the machine I bought. This is not good coming from a reputable company

Too many bodies (HP: Best 2 Serve: Trusted Team. I'm now totally confused as to which accounts I have and which of my identification details apply to which. I have received 6 special codes to cover "change of password)all of which ran out of time before I could use them. This may define me as stupid, but I'll be more careful who I buy from next time

goods not as good as i expected.to say they are from HP and were expensive.
I cannot really make a judgement at this point of time as feel a bit disappointed by my experience with Best2Serve. Two reasons for this firstly I have not used them as yet for any repairs secondly their literature did not clearly explain that the 2 year extended warranty I was purchasing for peace of mind was really only 1 additional year as it included the first year of purchase.
