The Best2Serve bit was very good, the HP side VERY POOR.
I have not used the HP support, nor will I for the problem has been resolved.
I would, therefore, like a full refund please.

The person I dealt with on the phone said that anything "external" wouldn't be covered by my warranty which is awful - so I can only say it is a complete waste of money, as most wear and tear and break down on laptops is external. Took my laptop and sent it back still with issues I had made them aware of, weren't able to combine "covered" and "uncovered" issues in one repair, such a faff

Delivery was late? Communication with seller rubbish never answered emails no communication. Customer service needs to be improved.

Had to raise a dispute on paypal before i got the details on how to get m order.

I received one about ten months ago, it worked once then it wouldnt work again. thinking it must be faulty i ordered another one, the new one would not work at all, i got in touch with best2serve they told me to get in touch with HP which is just about impossible so i returned it hopefully with a full refund.
not impressed at all.
inserted an old recovery disc which worked straight away
