After I paid for this service your rep on the phone tried to connect to my phone but couldn't and told me to contact my internet provider. I explained the problem appeared mechanical and not to do with the internet connection. He didn't offer a local repair. I subsequently checked my printer's internal workings and cleaned it and the fault was cleared. Therefore, I've paid for a service I never re

I paid for my printer to be repaired, but it wasn't. In spite of the guarantee I had to contact you and pay again - and the operative easily solved the problem. I pointed out that I had paid twice and was told he would look into the matter, but my latest Credit card statement (which I checked on Monday) indicates no refund was made. Poor treatment by HP indeed - can't recommend your company.

Your operative tried his best but was unable to isolate the problem. I’ve ended up having to buy a new printer having already paid you £21.49 for unsuccessful tech support for the old one. No mention of a refund which I thought was normal if a problem was unresolved.

Tried to renew my annual policy but could no do so on line. Phoned up and the Edson I spoke to and even set up the renewal for me to simply then enter card details and pay. However when the paperwork was issued he had not set up a renewal but a new policy running a year from the date of payment so I lost about 18 days of the previous policy. I have tried to complain but have had no response.

Different answers from different people. PC was to be returned yesterday by DPD , was actually returned then taken away again within 4 minutes because there was no return label’ ? D P D not at fault. What has gone wrong? Would be funny but it is not.

I contacted you on 7th March 2023 with a fault with my HP 22 desktop. After several calls and the promise on the 9th March of a "call back" to begin the resolution of my issue, I'M STILL WAITING. It's almost a week that my PC has been idle and I'm unable to do my work!!!

The technician was condescending and not didn't seem to know much about the problem. I have subsequently discovered that the fault was with the printer and not the cartridges being fake. The printer has since been sent to the rubbish tip and I will never buy another HP product. The fact that you charge £21 for technical support is enough of a reason in itself.

When trying to pay the system did not accept the current common 2 stage authentication. Reporting this by phone I was promised a return call when corrected. No call received. However the system did then accept the 2 stage process.
I hope the service, if required, is up to date!

So, I had a battery that was swelling after less than 3 years.
I took out the extra warranty and it was covered.
After 4 or 5 phone calls, a pick up was finally arranged. I was told DPD would arrive on Monday, they arrived the Saturday before and I wasn’t in!
They arrived again on the Sunday, took my laptop and returned it about 3 days later.
Battery replaced, but they had made my trackpad loos

My problem connecting printer to router was unable to be solved, so disappointed. Also on ringing the number given after paying the fee, I found it very difficult to get through to someone. I would think having paid the fee, there ought to be a proper dedicated line direct to speak to someone.
