The requested service was a service call, but after paying there was no call from HP, nor any indication of how the service call was going to be delivered. Actually, I would like my money back, please.

After paying nothing heard. Had to chase, nobody knew anything, chased today and finally someone has done something. Its taken a week and laptop to be picked up on Monday, but could take 10 days to repair. A total disaster so far just hope the repair goes ok. Very unhappy customer.

Was told will take up to 10 days well 10 days has come and gone. NO GOODS RECIEVED. Why when I rang a London phone number did I end up talking to someone in The Netherlands and payment was made to Romania? Not a happy Bunny.

Absolutely rubbish Extended the warranty on my new laptop for three years and according to my receipt I purchased the laptop on 17-10-2018, I didn't, I purchased it on 29-11-2018.
I don't know how they deduce this I mean this falls a good six weeks less than a full three years. I feel cheated.
