I ordered this product for my printer. The first time I tried to order there was no confirmation on whether the transaction had completed so I tried again this time it did but I've received no email confirming it or instructions on how to use it. I checked my bank account and I have been charged twice for something I don't know how to use and have had no reply from customer service. Not happy.

had to pay before I could get speaking to anyone other than a ROBOT and then the first thing I had to confirm was that I was buying your ink before I recieved any help. HP do not care about customer service just increasing their bank balance. Shocking service, will not purchase HP products again

Ordered a warranty extension for a product purchased Jan 2019 with warranty set to expire Jan 2020 and for no reason at all the original warranty date was set back to start from October 2018 and the new warranty set from this start date. The other, identical laptop purchased at the same time had its warranty updated without issue. Needless waste of time. Very poor service. Not recommended.

Have no idea how McAfee is installed, supported, or even used. After speaking to your staff today I wish to cancel this worthless contract immediately and expect a full refund in due course. I am appalled at the service HP has provided and will never purchase HP products again based on this experience.

There seemed to be no conceivable way to contact you.
You reference to the HP phone number for support if no answer was forthcoming was odd, especially as HP UK stated they had no knowledge of your firm.

I bought full protection for two years for my HP laptop as I paid 58£. Later I created my account on their website, but unfortunately the website didn't have the correct number of my order as said that no exist that order. Try to contact them but virtually assistant given to me stupid answers
Don't trust them... You haven't no one to give you hand... Only virtually helped..

Would have scored zero if I could. Still waiting a refund: HP Instant Ink users dont pay 4 post warranty - a fact that's not mentioned by HP anywhere. I was advised by HP to ask Best2Serve for a refund. Although I emaiied them some days ago now, as yet, they have not responded in any way. What's the betting I continue to be ignored by them?

After paying nothing heard. Had to chase, nobody knew anything, chased today and finally someone has done something. Its taken a week and laptop to be picked up on Monday, but could take 10 days to repair. A total disaster so far just hope the repair goes ok. Very unhappy customer.
