Provide a quicker delivery as Amazon seem to provide. The order was wanted before I went on holiday. It was delivered after I left. The package was left outside and was soaking with the rain when I returned.

I ordered on Saturday, chose next day delivery for £5.99.
Order never arrived, then its Bank Holiday Monday. I called Tuesday, to be told that they don't open on a Saturday! How do I know that when ordering online? So in my opinion, I should receive the £5.99 delivery charge back!

Placed an Order a week ago. Received email confirmation straight way saying first class post delivery. Received no communication since then, and product hasn't yet arrived.

Really disappointed with the service. 1st order I paid for next day delivery and then was told it didn't leave the warehouse in time and therefore I wouldn't get it until the following Tuesday. 2nd order, website said it was in stock. Phoned to confirm if the order was on its way, only to be told it was out of stock and they won't be receiving anymore for another 7 - 10 working days.

I tried to order on-line and get 20% discount but the site would not let me claim it. I spoke to one of your staff by telephone who was unable to give me the discount unless I placed my order via the online process, so - needing the compression socks quickly) I placed an order and paid full price of £48. As a pensioner (aged 76) it would have been nice to have enjoyed nearly £10 off!! Never i£
