I still haven't received my order placed on 20/2/24 so I resent being asked to review it frankly. I have contacted customer service who simply said it's been dispatched from the warehouse. The DPD tracking just says there's been a delay to your parcel.

A bit ridiculous waiting this long for a frying pan and mug and I wish I had gone to John lewis instead.

I am deeply disappointed by Nordic Nest and would not recommend this supplier to anyone. Since November last year I have been waiting for my order, a porcelaine service, with one unreliable explanation after the other for why has only been partially delivered.

The service was great but the product was not as nice as the website presented it to be. The silicone mould at the top of the Acorn (Umage) light had chipped edges and these are highly visible when the light is switched on. Also, installing the light fitting was very difficult because our hallway light had old wire terminals fitted into a secured base, which prevented me from fitting the Rosette c

Shipped me smashed up pots couple of times. In the original order, 2 of the 4 pots were damaged, one completely smashed. I asked for replacements - again, one of the two replacements were completely smashed. Looks like you are only able to safely pack and deliver 50% of your products.

Unfortunately the vase I ordered was smashed to pieces upon delivery. The vase wasn’t protectively wrapped and the box it came in was in a bad state. It’s a shame as it was a lovely vase.

There are many reasons for my 'rating'. Basically the company appears somewhat dishonest, in my opinion. Examples are:
-the 5% offer when signs up is a dishonest ploy to entice one to sign up. I signed up but was unable to use the 5%.
- customer service is possibly a BOT as the responses are poor and of no help.
- limited stock and big delays on receiving items even when paying extra for express.

The delivery service Budbee you are are using is really irritating. They don't use an alternative address of a neighbour when we were abroad and when we were at home, expecting our parcel, it was delivered at a wrong address, while we'd got a nessage saying 'we delivered your parcel'.
