Had to order my items 3 times before I got them, a glitch with the UPS delivery system so had to collect from a shop. Customer services wasn’t helpful the first time I contacted them, although my wife is pleased with the items. Will shop elsewhere next time.
Seven items ordered 1 January 2019. Dispatch confirmed, passed to UPS for delivery. No delivery attempted. Returned to Hunkemoller without further indication. Refunded 7 January? No response to email as to how this happened. Some items no longer in stock IF a re-order was to be attempted. First and last Hunkemoller order. Disappointed. Poor service, repeat business lost.
Delivery was slow to begin with. Ordered 3 onesies but one has a big hole. Emailed customer service but no reply since 3 days ago. Very disappointed as a new customer. Not sure if I would shop with them again.
After ordering I had to phone to find out where it was to be told it would arrive the following week - that was fine.
I then got an e-mail the next day saying my product wouldn’t be arriving at all
Great communication from customer services but such a let down when you can’t get the beautiful underwear you want

After a week of waiting for the order to be processed after I had been billed for it, I emailed customer service asking what was going on. I was informed that the order was not correctly registered in their system because of a known problem with UPS home delivery. I was told yesterday that my order would be cancelled and the amount refunded. The order is still visible online as processing.
