Waited for my order for a number of days then received an email saying they had received my return and would issue a refund...i never received the order at all and did not request a return. When queried they said it was an issue with the order and they can’t reorder for me, i’d have to do it again and wait another week for delivery. No compensation offered. Extremely poor customer service.

Don’t order from this company. The customer service sucks or lack of it shall I say. It’s all a scam I think. After 2 emails no reply had to phone them finally got a answer and they gave me 2 excuses as to why my item wasn’t delivered within an email that told me to order again went on the website and said item had gone up in price. Coincidence I don’t think so.

Never received the item then got a message to say it's been returned and when I called up to query it as I'd already paid for it, I was then told that it had sold out yet I was never once told this at the point of sale.

I was then advised to order it again and to keep an eye out for it but to choose a different method of delivery as they had problems delivering it Total confusion.

Took my payment, had to chase delivery after goods not received in 2weeks, email received to advise there was a problem with the courier and I’d receive a full refund but I can order again? No timeline given so have a feeling I’ll be chasing the refund too

Very disappointing Poor communication My Xmas order was confirmed on the 15/12/18 plenty of time for delivery. I was waiting for a follow up email to enable me to track my order but it never arrived so I sent them an email as their office was closed. I got through by phone only for them to tell me there was an issue with UPS the delivery service and that I wouldn’t be getting my order So poor

Avoid, they accepted my order, took my money, then over a week later claimed UPS could not deliver to me, when I frequently have UPS deliveries. Sent a complaint email, didn't even have the courtesy to reply.

Very poor service. After two weeks I contacted them to find out where my order was and was told the items hadn't been sent yet. Couple of days later I was told UPS don't deliver to my address (had plenty of UPS deliveries before without issues, just a typical house in a town). They then cancelled my order and refunded without giving me the option to change to local collection. Waste of time.

Ordered 2 products for my wife. After a few days I'm told my order has been cancelled due to an 'issue with UPS. My order cannot be delivered to my address by UPS. If I wanted to reorder it would be sent to a UPS pickup point. The pickup point is at the end of my road I can't comment directly on the products as I never got to see them but the delivery and customer service was abysmal.

I never received the package as the address was missing the house number and the name. I typed everything in correctly and even texted UPS but never heard back from them. Parcel didn’t get delivered and was returned to sender without any notification, call or email to advise they were having issues delivering it.

There is a concierge at the property 24/7 so this should have never even been an issue.

I cannot comment on the goods really or the delivery because they never arrived, however after 3 emails to the company without so much as a reply, I managed to get a refund because I bought through paypal. I am absolutely disgusted with the service, or rather lack of it.
