An absolute shambolic experience! My items could not be delivered’ and then the conflicting miscommunication between the staff members at Picture This was extremely frustrating. I EVENTUALLY got my order but annoyingly having had to re order with another company because of the chaotic information! This was a 50th birthday present for my brother in Africa. What should have been a lovely thing to do

The level of service was appalling, I received emails notifying me that I had received my items when I had not, resulting in lengthy calls and correspondence where they later found out they had given me the wrong order number.

I was very disappointed with my canvas. The subject matter was not on the whole canvas which was obviously my fault for not completely understanding the website. But I would have thought it would be obvious that I had made a mistake and your company could have contacted me.

I paid a total of £26 for a cheap piece of fabric with half a zip. The photo of my dog is a joke .The top of her head is on the other side. I look at her mouth and collar ..If the photo was not suitable if should have been flagged up in the preview. FREE PRINTS offer this service...so never again..complete waste of money..

While the photos were fine I feel let down by Customer Services. My fault I know, but I accidentally clicked buy before putting in a promotion code. Realising this I contacted them immediately either to cancel then re-order or retrospectively to add the code - I met with a 'Nothing we can do Gov' attitude. I feel this is poor Customer Service - I can't beleive that nothing could have been done.

After a long wait, I wad deeply disappointed to discover that the quality of printing was severely lacking. the colors appeared dull, lacking vibrancy and clarity. Also, there were noticeable blurriness in certain areas of the image which significantly detracted from its overall appeal. Ordered a second canvas with you and it took least two week to receive it as I didn't get much up dates from you on my delivery and your service is very poor as when you finished doing my canvas it kept saying in transit from the 15th off march when I ordered it and not very good at sending parcels to yodel on time and I waited nearly week to hear updates from you and would like a refund after all

Due to this year’s circumstances had to leave Mother’s Day to last minute but ordered a gift advertised for Mothers Day on the last available day to ensure delivery according to the website. The photo gift took 14 instead of 6 days to arrive.

Arrived without a box. There is nothing on the website to state that it doesn’t come in a box, when I contacted customer services they just told me there is nothing to state it does either. I don’t understand why you would have a jigsaw puzzle without a box. A basic it’s your tough luck’ attitude from them. How am I supposed to give this to my niece without it having a box, absolutely ridiculous!

Placed order they sent it to courier arrived at courier took nearly 2 weeks for courier to deliver and they weren't interested just used excuse about couriers fault for a company selling pictures which sometimes contains children then not care about its whereabouts is disgusting .

Frame far too big the canvas itself. I paid extra for the Frame you thought it would if have fit and be a inch gap all the way round. Photo itself is not straight you could have straighten it .was going to be a birthday present but can't give that it's not like you ads it's a mess
