My experience is very frustrating, I bought this clock with an American credit card, but was charged 33 Euros VAT. My understanding is only German nationals are eligible for this tax, not Americans. Why is this tax not refunded, what is your reason for charging me a tax that I am not liable for.

i have been waiting since November 27th for my order which is a Christmas present , I have contacted your email , about this just to be told its looks likes its still in customs , I have been in contact with dhl and Australia post to no avail I just want my parcel , I have had to buy the recipient another gift , but I just want the clock its to replace a broken one and was to be a great surprise

I have ordered a mechanical wall clock last Nov 04, 2018, to this day, already a month has passed and I have not received the item. They cannot say where exactly the item is and when it will arrive. They keep saying to wait, but 1 month is too long. Had I known the item will not arrive within that 1 month period, I would have ordered from a different store. Very frustrating and disappointing.
