Communication was good initially and I was kept informed that my part had arrived at workshop and job assigned to an engineer.
Then there was no further communication until I rang for an update.
Was expecting a 2/3 day turnaround but when I called to chase 6 days after they had received my part and turns out I’ll be waiting at least another week before I get my repaired part sent back.

Sent my fiat 500 bcm in for a specific repair! despite components being replaced inside the unit the unit tested ok "on the bench". unfortunately when i refitted the unit to the car the repair had not worked and the problem remained!. . Not wishing to having to keep sending the unit back a
