Autotronics confirmed over e-mail that they can fix my key so I've send it to them but it turned out they can't fix it and they tampered with it so I can't even now complain to the car dealership for applying the goodwill. They also dismiss all my complains. Completely useless in my case. Ended up having to spend even more money...

Hello, You sent us your key which we opened and examined to determine the damage. Unfortunately the key was deemed beyond repair. You were refunded promptly. Your complaint is that now you can't send the key off to BMW to repair as they will know someone else has opened it. How could we attempt a repair if we couldn't open the key to examine the damage? The courier alledgedly lost our cluster appreciate that things do happen!!! We used one of their recommend couriers which they arranged and it was only after one week when we hadn't received any communication that we found out the cluster was missing - even though track and trace stated it had been delivered. Key went away with one problem came back not doing anything, although they apologised and it would be under warranty, it still cost me to send back again.
I agreed to pay when job was complete but should have waited till the key arrived to be tested on the car.

Every item we have sent recently has been unable to be repaired (Clusters and ignitions) Extra parts sold as part of the repair to find the repair has not be effective at all.
Their complaints department doesn't seem to work either! I've now been waiting for 2 months for a reply.
