ordered 10ft cork handle fishing rods before Christmas and a few other bits. a small issue arose where the stock did not match the order. I was informed straight away and was asked would I like a refund or an alternative. I trusted the shop to pick out the relevant match for what i ordered as a replacement and the guys couldn't have been nicer. sometimes when in no rush for orders it is great to deal with genuine people who are there to help. i highly recommend this shop and i have never had issues with them i also find their deliveries to Ireland very fast and reasonably priced. kudos to stephanus for all the help
Fishing tackle arrived broken. The tip was sticking out of the box and was missing the last 15 cm. Contacted their sales team who asked me to contact their return department, filled out all the required forms online. NEVER heard back from them. Everything is great quality and very well reasonably priced has everything for everyone. Shipping is normally bang on never waited anymore than 1 week for anything to arrive il continue to shop on fish deals I'm awaiting a few bits and bobs should be here with me by the weekend all going well

Fast shipping and excellent customer service. Packaging needs to be looked at as small items placed in a large box with poor sealing and no packing. Small items can fall out of the gaps especially as the label is put on the bottom and shipping company has to turn box upside down to scan it.

the packaging was questionable for protecting the deilcate materials of the rod. It was also opened and torn at the top with only the cardboard protection loosely surrounding the top of the rod . i did not notice any obvious markings to say handlewith care
