After ordering, a sales representative calls you up to ask which specific model of the vehicle you have, as many vehicles comes in different wheelbases, door configurations etc, so they called to ask about details.
I clicked on the ad cause they had a promo code and now was the right time to order, but since that code isn't something they provide to you in any email and the code needs to be entered manually, I forgot to enter it and lost the discount. I wish the code was either automatically entered, or you would automatically get the discount when clicking a link in a newsletter.
Another thing, which in this case is out of their control, is the delivery time from UPS/Norway Postal Service that keeps changing. I think 4th of july was the first date, then the 5th, then it was the 6th and now the 6th or 7th of July.
I think even PostNord is a better alternative than UPS in this case.

The webshop is crap - we ordered to our business, and they did not put on our business name, so the delivery were returned. Second time around, after we had been i n contact with Solar P. several times, they sent the package out again to our company... NOT - again they did not put on our company name on the package - this is a jus a big mess

Hei, det skal absolutt ikke trenge å limes til vinduene. Da må noe ha gått galt, vi har solgt mange Volkswagen T5 og aldri hatt det problemet. Det beste er alltid å kontakte oss hvis det er noe som ikke fungerer som det skal, så skal vi sørge for å løse problemet

Thank you very much for your feedback! Most cars we dont have to call the customers after the order, its just cars that have "special" features that is hard to have options for on the website. Most often its cars like vans, caddys, buses
I will take the promo code issue with me to the marketing team to see if we can do it better. If a promo code is missed on the order you can always call us or send a email and ge will refund you the amount for the code
We are currently evaluating UPS and other carriers to have the best service possible in Norway. Its good to hear your experience

There is no information that the panels are the same inside and outside. So when vision is limited to see inside, its just as limited to see outside. So its hard to see out from innside the car. Especially when its dark. Not very safe, and something that should have been mentioned.

Tusen takk for tilbakemeldingen. Som du sier, det er ingen utside eller innside av skivene. Det vil imidlertid ikke være like mørkt fra innsiden når du ser ut av bilen som det er fra utsiden. Det handler om hvordan lyset når platen. Hvis det er mørkt ute, vil fargetoningen definitivt gjøre det mørkere. Dersom det skulle oppleves som alt for mørkt fra innsiden, vennligst kontakt oss slik at vi kan sjekke det, om det er noe galt.
