Another completely smooth large transaction with Tattahome. I love that you have my favorite brand in sizes and colors that are not available in the US at nice price points. I also love that all of my fragile items, through many large (multi thousand dollar) orders have always arrived in perfect condition. This time I had a few questions and Antonio did a marvelous job of communicating with me and actually being available at ANY Hour. He was unbelievable! So far, I have no improvement suggestions. I'm completely satisfied with Tattahome.

I placed an order early January ( 8/1/23 ) and still today ( 21/6/23 ) I haven't received neither the products ordered nor a refund. Nobody bothered to contact me about the delay of my order unless I enquired. I requested a refund almost 2 months ago and still haven't received. The company hasn't even given me any proof of the refund and is claiming that the refund has is being processed. Ofcourde none is willing to compensate me in any way for this unbelievable delay and very poor customer service...

Absolutely love my items. But it was a big shock to receive a delivery bill for my goods in all £300 for 3 items that my self Mrs cooper and my daughter miss Linda draper paid. Has much as we love being yr customers we are going to find a company in the uk hopefully.

I placed a fairly big order in November 2023. The order arrived more or less on time, but one item was missing . I asked for a refund, but already for two months is getting messages from Andrew that the refund will be paid soon, but as of today the money is not received. This is not the way a fair business operates. Shame!

Partial refund only when a full refund is due
Tattahome issued only a partial refund claiming that I refused the delivery. This is incorrect and the carrier company issued a letter stating the fault was solely their own. Tattahome refused to refund the money because I questioned their opaque practice of additional charges. A brazen abuse of consumer rights!

Placed order on 29 November 2023, i am still waiting for my ordered to be delivered! Sales person has assured me that it will be delivered by Jan 2024. But i am still waiting it! I am starting to be in doubt of the legitimacy of this company!

you have placed your order on the beginning of December, it should have arrived at the end of December, but in Italy the companies close for holidays for 3 weeks, that's the reason of the delay. Your order has been regularly shipped and delivered. We apologize for the delay. Regards

Three large orders arrived quickly in great condition
I have placed and received three large orders with Tattahome for products that are not available in the US and at prices that are less than similar items in the US. Even with the cost of shipping, the totals per order are less than I'd pay in the US. I love that the fragile and high value items have been in-stock and have been packaged exceptionally well and shipped fast. I couldn't be more thrilled with Tattahome.

I love my pan, of course I wish I didn’t have to wait months or spend so much on shipping…but it’s a beautiful pan. Wish I could buy more in the future, but the shipping costs are exorbitant . Love your products.

また4週間の納期は正確で遅れる事なく、その後はdhl expressを使って4日間で配送されました。
関税に関しては通常の日本への個人輸入にかかってくる消費税分だけで、こちらも全く問題ありませんでした。
