The goods couldn,t be delivered by Swedish Postnord. Notifcation on why, was not submitted. A telefoncall to Postnord told me, it will be delivered beginning of next week to a service point nearby. They didn´t have my phone number or mailadress. Maybe it should at marked by you at the parcel. Other parcel has gone directly to our service point. Change ???

The poster wasn't well emballaged and wrinkled when I got it. However, I never proceeded to customer service so I can't tell how they would've handled it

The poster print quality was substandard. I requested a 40x60 print - what I got was a copy-paste job that was done to elongate a poster which clearly was not designed to be 60. Additional strips were added to the top and bottom of the artwork, but the color was not matched properly. Bad job.
