I've never fasted before, so I had a bit of respect for it. How will I feel, what is happening in my body, but I was happy to embark on this type of experiment. In the beginning, for the first 3-4 days, I had very strong side effects, consisting of headaches, muscle pain and severe tiredness, but then it got better and better. After Day 5 began the time when I started eating slowly and in small portions again. It was so good for me that I was full of energy and wished I could have continued for a few more days. Of course, that would not have been good - or rather it is generally not healthy for our body to only eat a deficit, but I have realized for myself that I very much prefer the ketogenic diet because it makes me generally more vital and healthier feel. So I continued this type of diet. I don't rule out repeating this kind of fast again this year.
Hello. I begin saying that I am very happy with the products and the packaging. However, I have paid a quite high delivery fee (the highest in my life) and the delivery company DHL did not bring it to my home, with the excuse that I was not there when they rang. We have a concierge at home from 9 to 2 and 5 to 9pm and he always takes our packages. If he is not there I have always been called on the phone to see when or how to meet or if it can be delivered to any neighbour.
Therefore, I had to walk 15 minutes up a road (when there is another office in my VERY street, Clara del Rey 22). The shop I had to go closes from 2 to 4 (extremely rare in these cases) so I had to come back later. The package was quite big and 12 kilograms so I had to take a taxi back home (6,40 euros) and waste almost three hours in all that process. So I am not very happy at all in an experience that could have been simply fantastic. Please change delivery system.
Apart from that, happy with the products, but I am not sure if I would recommend the extra time and expense.

We ❤️ love the box
The delivery and overall service was top! We have already done the Fasting Box 4 times now and we’re always so happy with the results! Every 6 months we take a short one week break to fast with the Fasting Box. The results are really amazing and it feels so good to give the body a rest. Our first experience was really great as we lost a lot of weight, felt energetic and had a general healthy feeling. Fasting with the Fasting Box is so easy since everything is included that you need. It is now an officially set routine in our lives twice a year!

Very great product I loved my fasting experience
Very great product. I have fasted for the first time after Buchinger and have had very good experiences with the fasting box. The design is very nice and high quality and the products are very tasty and totally easy to prepare. I liked the tomato soup and Herbal Essence best. The accompaniment is also unique and has totally facilitated the fasting. Meanwhile, I felt very good and was even able to make these easily alongside my work day. I will definitely order the box again.

Next level fasting for home
Fasting with the box is very practical for home. I enjoyed it very much. I could easily integrate fasting into everyday life and continue to do my office activities.
