Very clear and quick communication. I fully support this shop! I got my Flair Classic when I was supposed to (from Slovenia to Spain) and I even got a free gift with it. Highly recommendable!

I was a little bit skeptical if it’s a trustworthy offer because I never heard of that shop and the fact it’s located in Slovenia didn’t help. I ordered from Germany. I did a little research and gathered some informations but still didn’t feel comfortable. But the price was way better than everything other shops had to offer. And the shop offered PayPal and TrustedShops, so what could go wrong? After I placed my order I searched the shop again for a little accessory when a chat window popped up. The person asking if he could help me with something was according to my research the owner of the coffee miner. I asked him for the accessory as I couldn’t find it in the shop. He told me he would put in in my order for free a ship it the next day. Three days later the package was delivered. Today. Everything is nice and secured packed in best condition. The product is new and in its original packing. The accessory was in there as well besides a little bag of coffee! My order experience was top notch. Customer service is excellent. I will definitely come back to the coffee miner for my next order.

I was skeptical because the website doesn’t have many reviews yet, but I was wrong. I ordered the flair 58 X on Sunday, on Monday they shipped it and on Friday it arrived. Great service and great discount!
