I didn’t receive the item AGAIN!!
I ordered some item from your website via shipment number EY719991995FR. I have checked shipment tracking. It showed that ‘Your parcel is ready to be forwarded from its shipping region’ since 13 May 2023.
As per my experiences for shipment UZBRRKOPQ and CKDFNJDKQ, if the shipment status showed as ‘Your parcel is ready to be forwarded from its shipping region’, it will take only couple days to arrive Thailand.
Now it is already 4 days after the latest status and I don’t receive the item yet.

But finally you didn't deliver it (running shocks) to me.

Good product, bad guidance
The product itself feels very decent even if part of the printing came off after the first use. But apart from that no guidance whatsoever, no blogs, nothing it seems to help you on how to best use the product for optimal effectiveness. And if the info exists, it's not clear where to find it. Now it feels like, thanks for the money, here's our good product, you figure out the rest.

I’ve placed an order of two items, one T-shirt and one cap. Unfortunately you only send the cap, and simply made the refund of the t-shirt without giving me any kind of explanation. It’s a very bad costumer service, you should have a end an email explaining the situation.

Kit was sent quickly and arrived in a box - not really needed for a pair of socks and compression shorts. However the courier names seemed very scamlike especially as I then got 2 different bit:ly links afterwards from two different courier names

Everything about Compresssport is excelent but please change delivery partner in Croatia, packages arrive in 2 days in Croatia and then we wait for 7 - 10 days for delivery. Worst delivery company in country HP (Croatian Post).

1. Prices are too high
2. The old shipping method via UPS was better

I order some products and I don’t have the tracking number after 1 and a half week! This made me nervous about my order! Also there is no live chat and when I send email nobody answer me!
