I live in US so this was a cross border transactions. Throughout my whole interaction, everything was very clear and all my questions and concerns were addressed. All pricing and shipping information was on point. Payment was easy and there was no issues during the whole exchange which was about 6 to 8 months. I am so happy with the couch choices, the quality was superb and the customer service was out of this world. I would definitely buy again with Marchese.

Von der Suche nach einem ganz bestimmten Sessel , dem "Lemni" von Marco Lavit, bis zur pünktlichen Lieferung an die Haustür hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Beratung, Zahlungsabwicklung, Transport, alles sehr freundlich, schnell und absolut zuverlässig. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Everything was just perfect from beginning to end! I was a bit worried at first because I never ordered furniture from abroad , not to mention never visiting the store itself but Martina was incredible! So so so helpful, professional, responsive, honest (not to mention giving us the best price of all the stores I started the bidding with). We emailed back and forth for months (!) before I finally made up my mind what I wanted but she never failed to answer politely and promptly. The goods arrived the warehouse in perfect condition and from there arrived Israel and we're assembled. I have no doubt I will purchase from the store in the future. If I could give the experience more than 5 stars I would!

I ordered the Flexform Gregory bed for delivery to Switzerland and I could not be happier with the entire process. Martina and the team has been nothing but absolutely professional. I always got a response in a timely manner and, I always got all the answers to all my questions. Not to mention that the bed is beautiful! I highly highly recommend choosing Mobilificio Marchese for your furniture orders. 100% smooth process at an unbeatable price! The only thing I would mention on a slight downside is that there is no option for in-home delivery (only curbside) if I understand correctly (at least with the Swiss delivery partner), only if comes with a full assembly service which was quite pricey.
