The silicon BPA free saucepan lids are fabulous. They stack in each other so they take up very little space. They fit on round dishes as well so you can cover prepared foods in fridge without using plastic wrap. Ditch all you covers and buy these, for life.

The order arrived promptly, so haven't tested the customer service.
Haven't tried the Waffle moulds yet, but I bought them as the bread mix/bake bowl works well. The moulds feel sturdy and look good.
