Très très bon service après vente. J’ai reçu en cadeau l’horloge des marées et j’ai demandé au service client la possibilité de changer le fond de l’horloge pour l’assortir avec le baromètre et mon intérieur.
Le service a super bien géré ma demande et je suis ravie 🤩.
Mes deux pendules vont super bien ensembles.

I was really excited to receive the Barometer and was sold on the hand crafted ethos and product quality, which you obviously pay a premium for. However, the Barometer arrived with the three of the four pins, that hold the unit in place, fallen off meaning I have to return it. Due to disappointment and not wanting this to happen again, I'm going for a full refund rather than a replacement - which is a real shame

Nice item, good quality, arrived quickly.
My only criticism is the instructions for how to use the tide clock need to be much easier to find, and understand.
I would suggest you simply include the instructions in the box rather than a QR code link to a website which does not explain it well at all.
I ended up searching online for easier instructions.

Ocean Clock Barometer
Great website, full of info. No problem with shipping to Ireland. Arrived very well packed and very secure. Needed a minor adjustment for which a tiny screwdriver was attached. I bought this online to pair with the tide clock I got from "Isabel's Place" in Dungarvan, Co Waterford as the shop didn't stock the barometers.

Our friends have a tidal clock from Ocean Clocks and we liked it so much that we've purchased one for ourselves as we live by the sea and the tides are important to us!

The clock looks fantastic and works great, delivery was fast, too.
Only criticism is of the courier, the package arrived soaking wet, but luckily the clock was not damaged.
