phoned me to let me know my item was out of stock and that I had option to cancel or wait a couple of weeks until it became available.
this was no problem as not urgent and I was quite happy to wait my experience is most items are in stock and are delivered promptly, but it is really good to get an update when there is a short delay - many other companies do not bother to communicate properly with
