The service has deteriorated considerably over the past few months. Communication is poor with no confirmation of order, problems with processing payments probably due to the excessive delay for deliveries. Orders often incomplete with items from one order being delivered over several weeks despite being in stock when ordered.
This never used to be case, service used to be excellent. Come on Peter
