I have two fans from Meaco both excellent. For some reason the handset for one fan recently went missing. I went on line and did live chat, and was able to order a replacement . The replacement arrived in a couple of days. I am very happy with the products and service from Meaco.

Excellent fan. I already own a slightly bigger one and loved that so when I needed another fan for the lounge it was the natural choice. I love everything about these fans from the round shape to the quiet motor and the round remote. Would be happy to recommend and re purchase if necessary.
