I ordered 6 Asters but only received 5. I was offered a refund because to replace the missing plant would cost more than the postage. So! I wanted 6 and it wasn't my problem that they left me one short. This is the second time this has happened recently - another supplier gave me 10 bulbs instead of 12 which is also annoying. We're sorry if you missed an Aster bulb in the package. For reasons of minimum package weight, shipping costs (€14.95) and C02 our system automatically refunds the item at €1.92. This is a decision we have taken because the parcel could not be handled by the carrier.
