Superb customer service. First parcel despatch never arrived because it got as far as the courier's Bicester Depot and no further. Goodness knows what happened to it. I informed Haggis UK of this problem and within a very short time they had replied to my email and informed me that I could either have a refund or they would despatch more Haggis on Monday 4th December.
