The parcel was small (10x15x20 cm), less than 500 g, but DHL did not deliver it because it was a "bulky item" (Invio ingombrante in Italian). DHL did not leave nor send any notice to me. When after twoo weeks I wrote to Kamelur, they readily sent me the number of the shipment, so that I could rescue the parcel left at the post office. The good was as described.
