Loved the blouse and belt which I bought but it does get frustrating having to wait for delivery. Would it be possible to have uk based warehouses?

The clothes are fabulous, well made and well designed, especially for a tall woman. However, the website is not wonderful with issues over card payments not being accepted, without it being clear what had happened. In addition their communication is poor, far more email updates would resolve apparent lack of progress. Also, returns take a long time to process and the wait for refunds is very lengt

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read if a payment made online has not been accepted, but please be advised we are never advised as to the reason why this has not been accepted. As stated in our T&C's we kindly ask to allow 7-14 working days for your refund to be processed, although at present we have implemented a new system, so we are kindly asking to allow an extra 7 days in these ins
