The website didn’t work, ie didn’t show the progress of my test. The phone lines continually had a recorded messages saying the office was closed. Emails were acknowledged then not answered for days, and only by my follow up emails £147.00 and this was the treatment I received. I have the results now but my confidence in this company was destroyed by the extremely poor customer service.
