Nice shoes for a nice price, I bought a new model with discount . I realize, though, that with Xero Shoes, I have to order a half size smaller. The timing of the shipping is regular; I just wish I could choose the delivery day/time.

I had 3 unfortunate experiences with barefoot &more in my last orders , either the wrong meeting, the wrong model or the wrong photos and yet, I keep buying from them because they have the best catalog. My last order was a happy success. Everything matches, the information on the website, the pictures, the size and the colours and the fast delivery.
I'm disappointed by the lack of attention to detail on the website. While there are great products, there are also significant issues.
For instance, I ordered shoes with insoles in the picture, but they arrived without them. When I inquired, I was told that these models never included insoles. It seems they updated photos with insoles for newer models but didn't clarify this.

It is very good website, the best selection of shoes. Their return System needs improvement, it says in the website that it is for free but I had to pay the shipping. What it helps is that most of their shoes have a size label and that helps closing the correct size. Some of them do not have it and that’s why I had to return one pair. Fast shipping and a decent sale season.
