Nordic Nest were really good when Parcelforce (apparently DHL's preferred delivery agent in the UK) decided to send back my parcel to Denmark, with no explanation or apology for failing to even attempt to deliver it. I contacted Nordic Nest, whose staff were brilliant, re-sending my order with a different carrier thank god. The second parcel arrived safely thanks to UPS
