I have shopped with Peter Hahn many times and always been happy with the service. This time I had to return an item and despit 2 emails have not received a refund. It has now been 4 weeks.

Thank you for your review. We can confirm due to a technical error with our new system we were informed our refunds were sadly not clearing.
