I just don’t like this year’s fashions. Plus delivery times are ludicrously long. My last order took over a month. It was only a top which could have been putinthe post and arrived in two days. There’s clearly a big problem in the Company.

I love the catalogues, website, quality and range BUT I hate the long delay between ordering and receipt of the goods. I placed an order for two in stock items three weeks ago and still haven't had them. This is really very poor customer service . I understood that there was recently a reorganisation which was intended to improve the situation - it clearly hasn't.!

I placed an order on May 2nd, and subsequently three others - the latest being last week, but have received nothing - although I understand that payment for at least one of the orders has been taken from my account. I have written several e mails of complaint requesting a delivery date, only to be told that Peter Hahn are "re-organising". Whatever happened to the mythical german efficiency !!

The range of products, and the quality are excellent, they arrive beautifully packed BUT it takes such a long time to get the items ordered.! I have been waiting since 2nd May for an order whereas other companies send items within three days - why the delay ?
