Telephone staff are just plain rude a lot of the time, plain arrogance for example when I ask why the goods take so long to arrive. I thought on one occasion I had a discount voucher but was very rudely told that no, I had not for that item.... I could go on and on but I do still purchase because there are some lovely items. Not too computer savvy, I hate feeling horrid after buying something
