The repair service Flextronics did not contact me to let me know when the collection of my laptop will be. This is despite that as soon as I have paid for my repair online, I sent an email to ask for notifcation of when my laptop will be picked up. It is only by chance that I happened to be at home the day DPD showed up. If I was not then collection would have to be rearranged resulting in more
