Since the system change Peter Hahn has changed. Peter Hahn was once a 100% reliable company. Now I’m waiting months for refunds or even for orders to be delivered. I still can’t check my orders or returns online and have to call several times to get anywhere. After months you should thing the system change over is in place and everything is in working order again. I’m still waiting since many week

I had to return 2 items because they didn't fit.This was at the beginning of May. After 5 phone calls and promises that the money would be back on my account in 5 working days it is still not refunded.
I did order another item and the amount was taken off my credit card already but the item wasn't delivered yet.
For now I have stopped ordering from Peter Hahn.
