I ordered a gliderplabe which arrive without a cockpit/glareshield to cover the electric compartment.
After a few emails no amswer to my email they even consider to send me the missing part

We've directly contacted the manufacturer and got a replacement the next days. This was shipped last Monday and should arrive today. You should have gotten a tracking mail. But it seems that an email with the information that we send you a replacement, is missing. We would like to appologize for this!
Of course we understand the rating for our service, maybe also for the item, even it is the fault
