Great procuct service, but lacking in terms of customer support when things go wrong. After 22 months of hard riding the Bosch motor bearings on my Cube Stereo 120 seized up. Tried several times to get some personal contact with Bike Discount DE, without success. Luckily I have a friendly local dealer (the salesman rides with us). So my Cube (bought March 2019) has the Bosch guarantee of 2 years.
Good bunch of guys...so far. But wait until I have an issue with the Cube ebike I bought then we will see....
