Bought an Orca bag and they sent the wrong one. Emailed 3 times and heard absolutely nothing in over a week. Had to return the bag and that cost me £40 still heard nothing from them. Very very poor customer service and very disappointing as a loyal customer. Not sure it takes a lot to reply to an email these days so why over a week to respond.
