A company I have used many times and who had provided me with the info I needed to order the correct item. Although I had to wait a bit longer than expected due to the worldwide shortages, they responded to my email within 24 hrs having investigated delays and new timescales was adhered to and I received the item by 24 hr recorded post above what I has paid for.
